These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites https://homeoptionsmadeeasy.ca and https://www.homebarrie.com (together, the "Site"), operated by LJ Custom Contracting Inc., carrying on business as Home Options Made Easy (H.O.M.E.) ("H.O.M.E.," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not submit false or another person's information; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malware; or copy or scrape Site content for commercial purposes without written permission. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
Services overview
The Site describes our services, past projects, and design approach for general information. Descriptions, photographs, and renderings are typical examples, not a guarantee of specific results, finishes, pricing, or timelines. Every project is scoped individually.
Inquiries, quotes, and estimates
Submitting a form, calling, texting, or booking a consultation does not create a contract. Any quote, estimate, or proposal is an estimate only and may change. A binding agreement exists only when both you and LJ Custom Contracting Inc. have signed a written contract; that contract prevails if it conflicts with these Terms. Unless stated otherwise in writing, quotes are valid for 30 days.
Communications and text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree to receive text messages, you may receive SMS from Home Options Made Easy about your inquiry, appointments, consultations, and project updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. See our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
All Site content belongs to H.O.M.E. or its licensors. Design concepts, drawings, floor plans, 3D renderings, mood boards, material selections, and proposals remain our intellectual property unless a signed contract says otherwise. You may not share them with other contractors or use them to build or price the work elsewhere without written consent.

The Site may link to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or policies.
Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" for general information. We do not guarantee the Site is complete, current, error-free, or uninterrupted. Site content is not engineering, architectural, legal, or financial advice for your specific property.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LJ Custom Contracting Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site. Total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed CAD $100. Liability for renovation or design work is governed solely by the signed contract. Nothing limits rights that cannot be limited under Ontario law, including the Consumer Protection Act (Ontario).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify LJ Custom Contracting Inc. from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of Ontario.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
